Hi, i’M LEAH RAVEN, owner of raven training.

If you’re here, you’re probably looking for a personal trainer. Maybe you want to start your fitness journey. Maybe you need help with accountability. Or maybe you’re stuck in a plateau and need help getting over a slump or just want to spice up your workouts. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, I want to help! My main goal as a personal trainer is to help women build their physical and mental strength through weightlifting.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also a certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach and a Certified Nutrition Coach from NASM.

I started my own fitness journey after finishing up my Master’s Degree in English, where I was sitting and writing papers for hours on end. I knew I needed to move my body so I started with some dance workouts on YouTube as well as some workout DVD’s. I fell in love with weightlifting and pushing myself to lift harder and heavier. I love pushing my body in all kinds of ways such as hiking, bicycling, dancing, weightlifting, jumping rope, and chasing around my nieces and nephews. Incorporating movement into everyday life is what keeps me happy and healthy.
