I will take you through a range of movements where we start in a standing position for several movements, then come down to hands and knees, then moving to a seated position and finally finishing lying down. This way, there is no getting up and down off the mat. This class is for all ages and experience levels. You only need a mat, a yoga block (or two!) and a yoga strap or long towel.
